Rule One R1 Protein is made only from whey protein isolate and fast-digesting hydrolysed whey isolate – with no whey concentrate, creamers or amino-acid spiking. Each scoop provides about 25 g of protein with minimal fat and carbohydrate and no added sugar. Ingredients
Per scoop (32 g, Chocolate Fudge): energy 120 kcal; fat 0.5 g, of which saturates 0 g; carbohydrate 3 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 1 g; protein 25 g; salt 0.15 g; calcium 120 mg (15% NRV); iron 1 mg; potassium 280 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly (24–25 g protein).
Ingredients: protein blend (whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein isolate) (milk), cocoa (in chocolate flavours), natural and artificial flavours, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), salt, soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin.
Allergens: contains milk and soy.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 200–300 ml of cold water or milk and shake for 20–30 seconds. Take after training or between meals to help meet your daily protein intake.
