Description
Swanson Albion Calcium & Magnesium combines Albion® calcium bisglycinate and buffered magnesium bisglycinate in the classic 2:1 ratio. Albion® (Balchem) mineral amino acid chelates bind the mineral to glycine, a form that is gentle on the stomach and well absorbed.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: calcium (Albion® calcium bisglycinate chelate) 200 mg (25% NRV); magnesium (Albion® buffered magnesium bisglycinate chelate) 100 mg (27% NRV).
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, magnesium oxide, citric acid, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
