Description
Swanson Artichoke Extract provides 250 mg of globe artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus) standardised to at least 2.5% caffeoylquinic acids, including cynarin. Artichoke leaves, bitter in taste, have been used in Mediterranean tradition for centuries.

Ingredients
Per capsule: artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus, min. 2.5% caffeoylquinic acids) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule), dextrin, calcium palmitate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
