Description
Swanson Bavarian Herbal Bitters puts a traditional European digestive bitters recipe into alcohol-free capsules: artichoke leaf, dandelion root, gentian root, turmeric, yarrow, ginger, chamomile, fennel, orange peel and blessed thistle.

Ingredients
Per serving: artichoke leaf 325 mg; dandelion root 103.5 mg; gentian root (Gentiana lutea) 82 mg; turmeric 59 mg; yarrow flower 59 mg; ginger rhizome 40 mg; chamomile (Matricaria recutita) 37 mg; fennel seed 37 mg; orange peel (Citrus sinensis) 30 mg; blessed thistle 15 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: take as directed on the label, with water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
