Description
Swanson Bergamot Extract provides 500 mg of extract of Citrus bergamia fruit standardised to 25% flavonoids, including naringin, neoeriocitrin and neohesperidin. Bergamot is a fragrant, sour citrus grown almost exclusively along the coast of Calabria in southern Italy, best known for flavouring Earl Grey tea.

Ingredients
Per capsule: bergamot fruit extract (Citrus bergamia, 25% flavonoids) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: maltodextrin, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, rice extract, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
