Description
Swanson BioPerine contains 10 mg of BioPerine® – a patented black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) standardised to at least 95% piperine, the compound responsible for pepper's pungency. BioPerine® is commonly paired with other supplements, e.g. curcumin, and is backed by clinical studies on its safety.

Ingredients
Per capsule: BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum, min. 95% piperine) 10 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegan capsule (hypromellose), silica, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water, together with other supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
