Description
Swanson Boswellia Serrata combines two forms of Indian frankincense in one capsule: 200 mg of extract standardised to 65% boswellic acids and 300 mg of whole ground gum resin. Boswellia resin, known as salai guggul, has a long history in Ayurvedic tradition.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Boswellia serrata gum resin 300 mg; Boswellia serrata resin extract (65% boswellic acids) 200 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
