Description
Swanson Cinnamon Extract provides a 4:1 concentrate of cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum spp.), one of the oldest traded spices. A water-based extract concentrates the polyphenols of the bark while reducing the fibrous material.

Ingredients
Per capsule: cinnamon 4:1 bark extract (Cinnamomum spp.) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule before each meal with water (max. 3 a day). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
