Description
Swanson Curcumin Complex provides 700 mg of turmeric rhizome extract standardised to at least 95% curcuminoids (curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin) per serving, with 5 mg of BioPerine® – a black pepper extract with 95% piperine, added because curcuminoids on their own are poorly absorbed.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa, min. 95% curcuminoids) 700 mg; BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum, min. 95% piperine) 5 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
