Description
Swanson Ecklonia Cava Extract is a pure, water-based 80:1 extract of the edible brown seaweed Ecklonia cava from the coasts of Korea and Japan, standardised to 50% polyphenols – including phlorotannins, a class of polyphenols unique to brown algae and chemically distinct from those of land plants.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Ecklonia cava 80:1 extract (frond and stipe, water extraction; 50% polyphenols incl. phlorotannins) 53 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults (over 14): 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
