Description
Swanson Fibro Essentials combines malic acid (a natural fruit acid involved in the Krebs cycle) and magnesium with B vitamins, choline, DL-methionine, BetaPower® natural betaine (TMG) and inositol.

Ingredients
Per capsule: thiamin (HCl) 17 mg; riboflavin 17 mg; niacin 25 mg NE; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 17 µg; pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate) 18 mg; choline (bitartrate) 15.6 mg; magnesium (100 mg magnesium hydroxide) 42 mg; malic acid 417 mg; DL-methionine 100 mg; TMG (BetaPower® natural betaine) 50 mg; inositol 17 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), calcium palmitate, silica, rice flour.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
