Swanson Full Spectrum Barberry contains 450 mg of powdered root bark of European barberry (Berberis vulgaris), a thorny shrub whose yellow root bark is a natural source of berberine and related alkaloids.

Ingredients
Per capsule: barberry root bark (Berberis vulgaris) 450 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Naturally contains berberine. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
