Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Burdock Root contains powdered root of great burdock (Arctium lappa), a plant used as a vegetable in Japan (gobo) and traditionally in European and Chinese herbalism. It is naturally rich in inulin.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
