Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Chanca Piedra contains ground leaves and stems of Phyllanthus niruri, a small tropical herb of the Amazon rainforest whose Spanish name means "stone breaker". It is a well-known herbal tea plant in Peru and Brazil and is also used in Ayurveda.

Ingredients
Per capsule: chanca piedra (Phyllanthus niruri, leaves and stems) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
