Swanson Full Spectrum Coleus Forskohlii contains the whole, ground root of Plectranthus barbatus (Coleus forskohlii), a mint-family plant from India and South-East Asia with a long place in Ayurvedic tradition. The root is the natural source of forskolin.

Per capsule: Coleus forskohlii root 400 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
