Description

Swanson Full Spectrum Fo-Ti contains 500 mg of powdered root of Polygonum multiflorum (Reynoutria multiflora), known in traditional Chinese herbalism as He Shou Wu. The root naturally contains stilbene glycosides and anthraquinones.

Ingredients

Per capsule: fo-ti root (Polygonum multiflorum, He Shou Wu) 500 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Cases of liver injury have been reported with Polygonum multiflorum – do not use if you have or have had liver disease, and stop use immediately and consult a doctor if you notice symptoms such as yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, fatigue or abdominal pain.
