Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Hops contains whole, ground hop cones (Humulus lupulus) – the same flowers used to bitter and preserve beer, here in a non-alcoholic capsule form. Full-spectrum means the flower is simply dried and milled, so its natural resins and essential oils remain together. Hops are often combined with valerian, chamomile or passionflower in European evening herbal blends.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: hops (Humulus lupulus, flower) 620 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 2–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
