Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Irish Moss is the whole dried red seaweed Chondrus crispus, harvested from North Atlantic rocky coasts. Also known as sea moss, it is the traditional source of carrageenan and naturally contains iodine and other sea minerals.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Irish moss, dried whole plant (Chondrus crispus) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
