Ingredients
Per vegetarian capsule: kale leaf (Brassica oleracea var. acephala) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
