Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Magnolia Bark contains 400 mg of powdered bark of Magnolia officinalis (hou po), a tree native to the mountains of China whose bark has been used in traditional Chinese herbalism for around 2,000 years. The bark naturally contains the neolignans honokiol and magnolol.

Ingredients
Per capsule: magnolia bark (Magnolia officinalis) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
