Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Oat Straw is made from the ground green stalks and leaves of the common oat plant, harvested before the grain ripens. Oat straw has long been brewed as a tea and tonic in European folk tradition.

Ingredients
Per capsule: oat straw (Avena sativa, aerial parts) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate and/or silica.
May contain gluten (oats).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
