Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Purslane is powdered aerial parts of purslane, a succulent eaten as a leafy vegetable around the Mediterranean and in Asia since antiquity. It is notable among land plants for its content of the plant omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid, as well as betalain pigments.

Ingredients
Per capsule: purslane (Portulaca oleracea, aerial parts) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), rice bran, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
