Swanson Full Spectrum Tribulus Fruit contains the ground whole fruit of Tribulus terrestris, a low-growing plant of warm climates whose spiny fruits gave it the name puncture vine. Unlike standardised extracts, this is the unconcentrated fruit powder.

Directions
