Swanson Garlic Oil softgels contain 3 mg of 500:1 garlic oil concentrate, equivalent to 1,500 mg of fresh garlic bulb (Allium sativum), in soybean oil – a convenient, low-odour way to add garlic to your routine.

Other ingredients: soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water.

Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
