Description

Swanson Full Spectrum Ginger & Turmeric pairs two rhizomes of the same botanical family (Zingiberaceae) in one capsule: ginger (Zingiber officinale) and turmeric (Curcuma longa). Both are staple spices of Asian cooking and are used here as whole, unextracted powders.

Ingredients

Per capsule: ginger rhizome powder (Zingiber officinale) 300 mg; turmeric rhizome powder (Curcuma longa) 300 mg.

Directions
