Description
Swanson Gotu Kola combines a Centella asiatica extract standardised to 10% asiaticosides with 370 mg of the powdered aerial parts. The small creeping plant of Asian wetlands is a classic herb of Ayurveda and traditional Chinese practice, and is also eaten as a leafy vegetable in South-East Asia.

Ingredients
Per capsule: gotu kola extract (Centella asiatica, aerial parts, 10% asiaticosides) 100 mg; gotu kola herb (Centella asiatica, aerial parts) 370 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
