Description
Swanson Green Tea contains 500 mg of powdered whole green tea leaf (Camellia sinensis) – an unfermented tea naturally containing catechins (such as EGCG) and a small amount of caffeine.

Ingredients
Per capsule: green tea leaf (Camellia sinensis) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
