Description
Swanson Green Tea Extract provides 500 mg of Camellia sinensis leaf extract standardised to 60% polyphenols, plus 50 mg of ground green tea leaf. Green tea polyphenols are mainly catechins such as EGCG; the extract naturally contains some caffeine.

Ingredients
Per capsule: green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis, 60% polyphenols) 500 mg; green tea leaf 50 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with food and water, never on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
