Description

Swanson L. Plantarum provides a single-species culture of Lactobacillus plantarum (now Lactiplantibacillus plantarum) – 10 billion CFU per capsule at manufacture. L. plantarum is a lactic acid bacterium naturally present in fermented vegetables such as sauerkraut, kimchi and sourdough.

Ingredients

Per capsule: Lactobacillus plantarum (10 billion CFU at manufacture) 25 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegan capsule, EMBO CAPS® AP), magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
