Description
Swanson Lavender Flower provides a 4:1 extract of the flowering tops of true lavender (Lavandula officinalis / angustifolia), the fragrant shrub of Provence and the Mediterranean. Lavender has long been used in European tradition as a tea, in cooking and in perfumery.

Ingredients
Per capsule: lavender 4:1 extract (Lavandula officinalis, aerial parts) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
