Description
Swanson Maca provides a 4:1 concentrated extract of maca root (Lepidium meyenii), equivalent to 2,000 mg of fresh root in each capsule. Maca is a turnip-like plant of the cabbage family grown at altitudes above 4,000 m in the Peruvian Andes, where it has been a staple food for centuries.

Ingredients

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
