Description
Swanson Mega Tribulus Extract contains Tribulus terrestris (puncture vine) extract from the whole herb and fruit, standardised to 20% steroidal saponins – at least 50 mg per capsule. Tribulus is a creeping plant of warm, dry regions that has a long history in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese practice.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Tribulus terrestris extract (whole herb and fruit; 20% steroidal saponins) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 2–3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
