Description
Swanson Muira Puama provides a concentrated 10:1 extract of Ptychopetalum olacoides root – a shrub of the Brazilian Amazon, known locally as 'potency wood' and used for generations in the folk tradition of indigenous peoples. Each capsule is equivalent to 2.5 g of root.

Ingredients
Per capsule: muira puama 10:1 root extract (Ptychopetalum olacoides) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
