Description
Swanson Policosanol provides 20 mg of BioCosanol® policosanol – a natural mixture of long-chain fatty alcohols obtained from sugar cane wax, with at least 10 mg of octacosanol plus triacontanol and hexacosanol.

Ingredients
Per capsule: policosanol (BioCosanol®) 20 mg, providing at least: octacosanol 10 mg, triacontanol 2 mg, hexacosanol 1 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
