Swanson Prime Lung is a whole-herb blend built around plants long used in Western and Chinese herbal traditions for the respiratory tract: mullein leaf, plantain leaf and dong quai root, with fenugreek seed, myrrh resin, nettle leaf, yarrow and Echinacea purpurea.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: dong quai (Angelica sinensis, root) 202 mg; mullein (Verbascum thapsus, leaf) 202 mg; plantain (Plantago spp., leaf) 134 mg; fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed) 82 mg; myrrh (Commiphora myrrha, gum resin) 82 mg; nettle (Urtica dioica, leaf) 82 mg; yarrow (Achillea millefolium, aerial parts) 82 mg; Echinacea purpurea (aerial parts) 30 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), rice bran, calcium stearate, silica.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
