Swanson Psyllium Husks contain ground husks of Plantago seeds – a rich source of soluble fibre that swells with water to form a gel. Psyllium fibre is a popular way to add fibre to the diet.

Per capsule: psyllium (husk/seed) 610 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day with a full glass (250 ml) of water. Always take with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Must be taken with at least 250 ml of liquid – taking it without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.
