Description
Swanson Reishi Mushroom Extract provides an extract of reishi fruiting bodies (Ganoderma lucidum) standardised to 10% polysaccharides. Known as lingzhi in China, the lacquered, woody reishi mushroom has been prized in East Asian tradition for over 2,000 years; it also contains triterpenes and sterols.

Ingredients
Per capsule: reishi mushroom extract (Ganoderma lucidum, fruiting bodies, 10% polysaccharides) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 2–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
