Description
Swanson Schizandra Extract provides 500 mg of extract of Schisandra chinensis berries standardised to 9% schisandrins (lignans). Known in China as wu wei zi – the 'five-flavour fruit', because it tastes sweet, sour, salty, bitter and pungent at once – schisandra is a climbing vine of the magnolia family.

Ingredients
Per capsule: schisandra berry extract (Schisandra chinensis, 9% schisandrins) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
