Description

Swanson Sinus Helper is a traditional North American herbal blend of equal parts bayberry root bark, Echinacea purpurea, goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis), liquorice root, myrrh gum resin, plantain leaf and saw palmetto berry.

Ingredients

Per capsule: bayberry root bark (Morella cerifera) 65 mg; Echinacea purpurea aerial parts 65 mg; goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis) 65 mg; liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 65 mg; myrrh gum resin (Commiphora myrrha) 65 mg; plantain leaf (Plantago spp.) 65 mg; saw palmetto berry (Serenoa repens) 65 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), dicalcium phosphate, silica, magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
