Swanson Triphala is based on the classic Ayurvedic formula of three dried fruits: amla (Emblica officinalis), haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica). In India, triphala has been used for centuries as a gentle everyday digestive tonic.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: triphala (fruits of Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula and Terminalia bellerica) 1 g.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 2–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
