Description

Swanson Full Spectrum Triple Mushroom Complex combines equal parts of three fruiting-body mushroom powders: maitake (Grifola frondosa), reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) and shiitake (Lentinula edodes). All three have a long history in East Asian cuisine and tradition and naturally contain beta-glucan polysaccharides.

Ingredients

Per capsule: maitake fruiting body (Grifola frondosa) 200 mg; reishi fruiting body (Ganoderma lucidum) 200 mg; shiitake fruiting body (Lentinula edodes) 200 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
