Swanson Triple Mushroom Complex puts three classic East Asian mushrooms into one capsule, each as a standardised extract: maitake (Grifola frondosa, 25% polysaccharides), reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, 10% polysaccharides) and shiitake (Lentinula edodes, 6% polysaccharides).

Ingredients
Per capsule: maitake mushroom extract (Grifola frondosa, 25% polysaccharides) 200 mg; reishi mushroom extract (Ganoderma lucidum, 10% polysaccharides) 200 mg; shiitake mushroom extract (Lentinula edodes, 6% polysaccharides) 200 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
