Description
Swanson Full Spectrum True Cinnamon contains powdered inner bark of Cinnamomum verum from Sri Lanka – the 'true' or Ceylon cinnamon, as opposed to the more common cassia. Ceylon cinnamon has a sweeter, more delicate flavour and contains only traces of coumarin, the compound that limits how much cassia can be eaten.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum, bark) 600 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
