Swanson Full Spectrum Turmeric, Hawthorn & Cayenne pairs three botanicals with long culinary and herbal histories: turmeric root, hawthorn berries (Crataegus spp.) from the European hedgerow tradition and cayenne pepper with 90,000 heat units per gram. 200 mg of each whole-plant powder per capsule.

Ingredients

Per capsule: cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum, fruit; 90,000 HU/g) 200 mg; hawthorn berry (Crataegus spp., fruit) 200 mg; turmeric (Curcuma longa, root) 200 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, silica.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
