Description
Swanson Yerba Mate provides a 4:1 concentrate of the leaves of Ilex paraguariensis, the South American holly whose leaves are brewed into the traditional mate drink of Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and southern Brazil. Mate leaves naturally contain caffeine, theobromine and polyphenols such as chlorogenic acid.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: yerba mate 4:1 concentrate (Ilex paraguariensis, leaf; equivalent to 1,000 mg) 250 mg. Contains naturally occurring caffeine.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with water, preferably not in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
