Description
Trace Minerals Liquid Magnesium provides 300 mg of magnesium per tablespoon from magnesium citrate and ConcenTrace® seawater minerals, in a tangerine-flavoured liquid sweetened with xylitol and stevia.

Ingredients
Per 15 ml (1 tablespoon): energy 15 kcal; carbohydrate 3 g, of which sugars 3 g; magnesium (citrate, ConcenTrace®) 300 mg (80% NRV); chloride 20 mg; ConcenTrace® trace minerals 100 mg.
Other ingredients: purified water, sweetener (xylitol), natural tangerine flavouring, citric acid, sweetener (steviol glycosides), thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Allergens: none known.
Directions
Adults: 15 ml (1 tablespoon) a day, neat or mixed with water or another drink; start with ½ tablespoon. Shake well and refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition (especially kidney disease). High intakes of magnesium may have a laxative effect. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
