Description
Trained by JP Berberine provides 500 mg of berberine hydrochloride in each capsule. Berberine is a yellow alkaloid found in plants such as barberry (Berberis), goldenseal and Chinese goldthread, which have long been used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic practice.

Ingredients
Per capsule: berberine hydrochloride 500 mg.
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
