Description
Zein Pharma Magnesium Citrate provides magnesium as trimagnesium dicitrate, an organic, readily soluble magnesium salt that is gentle on the stomach. Each capsule contains 680 mg of magnesium citrate. Zein Pharma develops and manufactures its supplements in its own facility in Nauheim, Germany, without magnesium stearate; batches are tested by independent German laboratories.

Ingredients
Per 3 capsules: trimagnesium dicitrate 2040 mg, providing magnesium 320 mg (85% NRV).
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions
Adults: 3 capsules a day with water before a main meal. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
