Description
KIKI Health Organic Lion's Mane Extract is made from 100% organic lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting bodies, hand-picked and organically cultivated, extracted with hot water using an enzymatic, low-temperature process and standardised to 50% polysaccharides (beta-glucans). Lion's Mane has a long history of use in traditional Chinese and East Asian practice. No fillers – just the extract in a vegan capsule.

Directions
Adults: 2–4 capsules a day with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
