Kelp - Pure Powder

NOW Foods Organic Kelp Powder is pure, certified organic whole-plant kelp (Laminaria spp.). Kelp is a large brown seaweed that grows in underwater "forests" in the cold waters of the world's oceans. A traditional food in Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine, it is one of the richest natural sources of iodine. Because it is so concentrated, a small measuring scoop (90 mg) is included for accurate dosing.
